MEMORANDUM

DALZELL, District Judge.

Plaintiff Myra Lyall alleges claims of negligence, gross negligence, and breach of contract of carriage against AirTran Airlines, Inc. ("AirTran") and also asserts claims of negligence and breach of contract against Emily M Travel, Inc. ("Emily M"). We now consider her motion to remand this case to Pennsylvania state court.
