In this case, we are asked to review the circuit court's denial of appellant's motion to compel arbitration. We affirm.

On August 1, 1997, appellant, a general contractor, entered into a $12.5 million subcontract with appellee. Appellee was to perform concrete-paving work on a project in Crittenden County.
