Opinion by Chief Justice, CORNELIUS.

A jury convicted Ronny Sarver of aggravated robbery. The jury found an enhancement paragraph true and set Sarver's punishment at life imprisonment. Sarver was indicted alternatively for aggravated robbery by taking property owned by Mike Gerow, combined with threatening Donald Sparks with a deadly weapon, and for burglary of a habitation in furtherance of a conspiracy with two co-defendants who threatened Sparks...
