GINSBURG, Circuit Judge:

The appellant, Rachel Breedlove, was convicted of bank fraud. At trial the Government introduced evidence of her involvement in two prior fraudulent bank transactions, one of which involved a bank account held by William Cloud. Mr. Cloud's role in the scheme was not established, and the district court instructed the jury not to speculate about his identity or his role in the transaction...
