The debtor, Richard C. Tolbert, ("Debtor") appeals the bankruptcy court1 order dismissing the Debtor's Chapter 13 bankruptcy filing with prejudice pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 109(g). We have jurisdiction over this appeal from the final order of the bankruptcy court. See 28 U.S.C. § 158(b). For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
