¶ 1 Lame Deer High School District appeals the decisions of the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Big Horn County, and the Sixteenth Judicial District Court, Rosebud County, which reversed the decisions of the State Superintendent and affirmed the County Superintendents' decisions to grant a transfer of territory from Lame Deer High School District.
