Appellants, the Chapman Children's Trust and the Cole Children's Trust (the "Trusts"), sued appellees, the law firm of Porter & Hedges, L.L.P. and one of its attorneys, David L. Burgert (collectively, "Porter & Hedges"), for breach of contractual, fiduciary, and other common law duties. The trial court entered summary judgment in favor of appellees.
