PER CURIAM.

The defendant, Bountham Sonthikoummane, appeals his convictions, after a jury trial in Superior Court (Perkins, J.), on three indictments for conspiring to sell a controlled drug. See RSA 318-B:2 (1995). The defendant contends the trial court erred in admitting and excluding certain evidence at trial. We affirm.
