In this diversity case Plaintiffs seek damages arising from an on the job accident suffered by Plaintiff Richard Shannon. Richard Shannon ("Plaintiff" or "Shannon") seeks damages for shoulder and knee injuries. His wife, Joan Shannon, seeks damages for loss of consortium.
