The defendant, Kelsey Martin, appeals his conviction by a jury of one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault, see RSA 632-A:2, I (1986 & Supp. 1992). He contends that the Superior Court (McHugh, J.) erred when it permitted the State to introduce the victim's prior consistent statements substantively on redirect examination. Additionally, he contends that the victim's identification was unreliable and the evidence at trial was insufficient...
