¶ 1. FINE, J.

Milwaukee County and Milwaukee Transport Services, Inc., appeal from the trial court's denial of their motion for summary judgment, which asserted that they were immune from liability as a result of WIS. STAT. § 893.80(4). We granted their petition to appeal from a non-final order. We affirm.
