Jeff S. Mohr appeals from a judgment of conviction for marijuana possession contrary to WIS. STAT. § 961.41(3g)(e) (1997-98),1 by arguing that the trial court's refusal to suppress evidence the police obtained when they stopped and frisked him was in error. Mohr maintains that the officer did not have a reasonable suspicion that he was engaged in criminal activity...
