Defendant Sixty-Six Crosby Associates (Sixty-Six), a partnership, had a 99-year lease for two floors of a building owned by defendant Soho Plaza Corporation (Soho). Nathan Chao was the managing partner of Sixty-Six, and his wife Rose Chao (Chao) was its managing agent.
