Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., appeals an order which affirmed a determination by the Labor and Industry Review Commission that Wal-Mart had discriminated against James Schneider by terminating his employment because of his disability.1 Wal-Mart claims the commission erred in several of its findings and conclusions, but we address only one of the claimed errors inasmuch as it is dispositive.
