PER CURIAM.

The petitioner, Isidro Rivera, Jr., appeals from the judgment rendered by the habeas court denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The petitioner challenges that court's denial of his petition for certification to appeal to this court. The petitioner claimed in his petition for a writ of habeas corpus that he was denied the effective assistance of trial and appellate counsel.
