Jose Fidel Guajardo, appellant, appeals from a conviction for possession of cocaine and an order revoking his community supervision. By two issues, Guajardo contends the trial court erred in denying: (1) his special plea of collateral estoppel, and (2) his Motion to Suppress Physical Evidence, because the findings of a prior court had determined that the evidence obtained was inadmissable...
