Defendant-appellant, Kathleen Morton, appeals the judgment of the Hamilton County Municipal Court convicting her of endangering children, a misdemeanor of the first degree. She was convicted of the offense following a bench trial. Morton advances two assignments of error in support of this timely appeal.
