Bayer Corporation brought this suit against British Airways under the Warsaw Convention, alleging that British Airways was responsible for the spoilage of Bayer's goods. The district court granted partial summary judgment to Bayer, but limited recovery to $6,110. The court limited Bayer's recovery...
