This suit arises from a 9-1-1 City of San Antonio EMS emergency medical response to appellants' residence. Appellants argue that the City of San Antonio and the responding EMS technicians were not entitled to summary judgment based on immunity from suit. Because appellants failed to allege facts placing them within the Texas Tort Claims Act's waiver of immunity, we affirm the orders of the trial court granting summary judgment...
