Per Curiam.

The respondent was served with a petition containing six charges of professional misconduct. In his answer, the respondent denied all six charges. Before the hearing, the respondent stipulated to the factual allegations contained in Charges One through Five. At the hearing, the Grievance Committee's case consisted of the stipulation and eight exhibits. The respondent called two character witnesses and testified on his own...
