¶ 1. DEININGER, J.

This case involves the compensation of a guardian ad litem in a child placement dispute. Heather Olmsted appeals the trial court's order requiring her to pay guardian ad litem fees after the court had determined that she was indigent. We conclude that the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion in requiring an indigent party to pay guardian ad litem fees. Accordingly, we reverse and remand...
