Brockman ("Defendant") was charged by amended information as an accomplice to the manufacture of methamphetamine in violation of Section 195.211.1 A jury found Defendant guilty, and he was sentenced to seven years imprisonment. He appeals his conviction asserting that the trial court erred in overruling his motions for judgment of acquittal and in sentencing him.
