Alice H. appeals an order of the trial court granting sole legal custody and primary physical placement of her daughter, Shalynda, to her daughter's father, Melvin R.J. That order denied physical placement to Alice and directed that, in order to resume periods of placement with Shalynda, Alice must be able to genuinely commit herself to refraining from certain behavior that had been adverse to Shalynda.
