James Rooney was injured when he slipped and fell while returning to work at Boeing's Harbour Pointe facility in Everett. Rooney slipped in a grassy area adjacent to a parking lot within the compound. The Department of Labor and Industries granted Rooney's claim for benefits under the Industrial Insurance Act, and Boeing appealed.
