¶ 1 This lawsuit arises out of injuries sustained by Jonathan E. Benjamin ("Benjamin") during a roller hockey game. Benjamin and his wife, Laura K. Benjamin, appeal from the trial court's entry of summary judgment against them in their negligence action against Gear Roller Hockey Equipment, Inc.
