Appellant RP & R, Inc., (RP & R) filed this accelerated appeal from a temporary mandatory injunction requiring the corporation to continue issuing weekly paychecks to Robert Territo (Territo), one of the appellees. In two points of error, RP & R contends the trial court abused its discretion by (1) requiring RP & R to continue issuing paychecks to Territo, because Territo made no showing that irreparable injury...
