In this Louisiana tort case, in federal court on the basis of diversity of citizenship, Intervenor Plaintiff-Appellant Horseshoe Entertainment ("Horseshoe") appeals the district court's grant of Defendant-Appellee Olin Corp's ("Olin") motion for summary judgment. Horseshoe alleges that completion of the construction of its new riverboat casino vessel was delayed when dangerous chemicals were emitted from Olin's nearby plant, drifting onto the still-unfinished...
