¶ 1 In this opinion, we determine whether ownership of a vehicle had passed from Appellee Childress Buick to the prospective buyer of the vehicle at the time Appellant Richard O'Connell rear-ended the vehicle with the buyer in possession pursuant to an attempted, but ultimately unsuccessful, purchase of the vehicle. In determining that ownership had not passed and that O'Connells' insurer was therefore wrong in paying the prospective...
