OPINION

KING, Circuit Judge:

Glen Scott Snow pleaded guilty in the Western District of Virginia to being a felon in possession of a firearm, and he was sentenced to thirty-seven months' imprisonment. Snow appeals his sentence on the ground that the Government breached the plea agreement by refusing to move for a downward departure. See United States Sentencing Commission, Guidelines Manual, § 5K1.1 (Nov. 1997). We find no error and affirm...
