BILL VANCE, Justice.

Irving Kingsbury was convicted of deadly conduct and making a terroristic threat. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. §§ 22.05, 22.07 (Vernon 1994). He was sentenced to 180 days for the terroristic threat and one year in jail plus a $2,000 fine for the deadly conduct. Kingsbury brings three issues for appellate review, asserting that: 1) the court erred in admitting evidence; 2) the court erred in making prejudicial statements...
