William J. Carew has submitted an affidavit, dated March 14, 2000, wherein he tenders his resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (see, 22 NYCRR 691.9). Mr. Carew was admitted to the practice of law at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on December 21, 1960, under the name William John Carew.
