Floyd Joseph Harmon pleaded no contest to two felony charges: one count of second-degree sexual assault1 and one count of incest.2 There were no agreements regarding his sentence. The superior court imposed a sentence of 10 years with 2 years suspended for the sexual assault count and a consecutive 5 years with 4 years suspended...
