On May 8, 2000, the attorney for the Appellant John W. Schultz ("the Debtor") filed a motion in the bankruptcy court for an extension of time to file an appeal of the bankruptcy court's April 21, 2000 order denying the Debtor's general discharge. The bankruptcy court denied the motion, finding that the Debtor had not demonstrated excusable neglect to extend the time to file a notice of appeal pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr.P....
