Plaintiff-Appellant Cheri DiFederico appeals the decision of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania denying her relief under § 510 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act [ERISA], 29 U.S.C. § 1140, a provision that makes it unlawful to interfere with the attainment of rights or benefits associated with an employee benefit plan.
