In August 1993, Forkosh Construction Co., Inc. and its president, Alex Forkosh, entered into a contract to renovate the house owned by plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Iskowitz, for a contract price of $250,000. Due to a disagreement between the parties, defendants discontinued work in June 1994 and the project was completed by another contractor. Defendants claim that they left at plaintiffs' request, whereas plaintiffs now allege...
