This case appeal arises from an order of the District Court entered January 22, 1999 in connection with a Chapter 11 bankruptcy on behalf of debtors Joseph R. and Natalie G. Solfanelli. Of the numerous assertions made at the outset of this litigation, only two major issues remain.
