Appellant Danny Ray Woods was convicted of rape, aggravated robbery, and residential burglary. He was sentenced as a habitual offender to life imprisonment for the rape and to 40 years for aggravated robbery and 30 years for residential burglary. For reversal, Mr. Woods argues that the trial court erred by denying his motion for a mistrial and by excluding the testimony of two defense witnesses. We find no error and affirm the convictions...
