MARQUARDT, J.:

Allen Belot, d/b/a Allen Belot Architects (Belot), appeals the trial court's finding that he failed to meet his burden of proof regarding damages for an alleged breach of contract by Unified School District No. 497 (District). The District cross-appeals the trial court's finding that Belot performed contingent additional services. We affirm.
