This is a dischargeability action under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A). Debtor-Defendant Judith Overall is the former spouse of Plaintiff Michael Ostertag. One child was born of that marriage, but that child was later adopted by Judith's current husband, Edward Overall. Plaintiff continued to pay child support once the child had been adopted, because he did not know that the adoption had taken place...
