Plaintiff GMA Accessories, Inc. ("GMA") brings this action alleging, inter alia, that defendant Idea Nuova, Inc., GMA's competitor in the novelty industry, infringed upon GMA's copyrighted floral designs. In response, Idea Nuova asserts counterclaims against GMA based on GMA's sale of inflatable furniture under trademarks similar to Idea Nuova's "ROOM IN A BOX" mark.
