In this workers' compensation proceeding, Magnetic Engineering, Inc., and its insurer, State Farm Fire and Casualty Co., (collectively employer) seek review of the final order issued by the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) upholding an award of temporary total disability (TTD) benefits to Michael Marshall (claimant). We affirm.

Claimant suffered a compensable injury on April 17, 1996...
