Upon our reading of the record as a whole, we conclude that the court made a collective ruling that all statements made during the drug transaction by any of the alleged participants constituted res gestae, and we find that each of the two statements challenged on appeal were admissible on that theory (see, People v Davis, 58 N.Y.2d 1102; see also, People v Salko, 47 N.Y.2d 230, 239-240...
