OPINION OF THE COURT

Per Curiam.

The respondent was served with a petition, dated January 21, 1999, which contained two charges of professional misconduct against him, one for each proceeding. After hearings on March 26, April 16, and April 30, 1999, the Special Referee sustained both charges. The Grievance Committee now moves to confirm the Special Referee's report and to impose such discipline upon the respondent as the Court deems appropriate. The respondent...
