American Family Mutual Insurance Company appeals a summary judgment determining that Michael Mountin was covered under a policy issued to Robert Carlson. Robert gave permission to his son, Travis Carlson, to drive a Chevrolet Camaro that Robert and his wife, Diane, owned. Travis, in turn, gave permission to Mountin to drive the Camaro. The court concluded that the policy covers a person who drives an automobile with the permission of the person...
