FELDMAN, Justice.

¶ 1 We granted review to determine the grounds on which a student may be prosecuted for "disorderly conduct" on an allegation of engaging in "seriously disruptive behavior" in violation of A.R.S. § 13-2904(A)(1). We conclude the evidence was insufficient to prove that the juvenile's improper and offensive behavior violated the criminal law. We thus reverse the decision...
