For almost forty years, Sanford Pollack maintained an active labor law practice with clients throughout the United States. In 1997, he was convicted before this court after pleading guilty to arson, 18 U.S.C. § 844(i), two counts of conspiracy to receive kickbacks, 18 U.S.C. § 371, and mail fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1341.
