Plaintiffs, mother and son, brought this action against defendants 302 Convent Avenue Housing Development Fund Corporation and Charlena B. Pace (collectively, the cooperative) alleging that the infant plaintiff Christopher Caldwell sustained personal injury as the result of exposure to lead paint.
