The alternative writ ordered respondents, Dayton Board of Education (the "board") and Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates ("Hazard"), to show cause in writing why a writ of mandamus requested by petitioner, Dayton Newspapers, Inc. ("DNI"), should not be granted.
