Defendants are charged with unlawfully entering the U.S. Naval installation at Camp Garcia in Vieques, Puerto Rico, a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1382 (1982). Before the Court are Defendants' motions notifying their intention to present a necessity defense at trial.1
