Esequeil "Zeke" Loredo was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of indecency with a child. The victim of each offense was his oldest daughter, S.H., who was seven years old at the time of the first offense. S.H. testified about the incidents. Her mother, Nellie, who was Loredo's ex-wife, served as the outcry witness and also gave other testimony. Loredo testified and denied that the incidents ever...
